David D. Dusek recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on vehicle forensics in DUI Investigations. In accident cases, cases where a driver is no longer at a vehicle when the police arrive, and cases involving a question as to whether a driver was distracted versus being impaired, the defense can use data for their benefit.
