Founder & Lead Trial Attorney

David D. Dusek is an experienced trial lawyer who has defended thousands of criminal cases across North Dakota and Minnesota. With over three decades of courtroom experience, he is recognized for his aggressive advocacy, meticulous trial preparation, and ability to devise creative solutions even in the most challenging cases.

Lizeth Garcia

Lizeth Garcia is one of the newest members to the Dusek Law team.  Ms. Garcia is committed to providing clients with professional and cost-effective legal solutions in the areas of criminal defense.  She communicates directly with the clients and encourages questions and correspondence, providing each client with the highest level of courtesy, diligence and professionalism. Ms. Garcia assists the clients with all aspects of their case including research, document analysis, trial preparation, and appeals. Her analytical approach in interpreting broad and detailed information serves as the foundation to allow educated strategies to be formulated as it pertains to the vital components of any case. Terrie A. Dusek

Senior Legal Assistant and Financial Administrator

Terrie A. Dusek is a highly organized and detail-oriented senior legal assistant and financial administrator with Dusek Law. She has over 25 years of experience and recognizes the value of providing excellence in client services. Ms. Dusek serves as the primary point of contact between the client and the attorney. Ms. Dusek remains up to date on the status of the cases in order to serve as a knowing base for all callers.

Ms. Dusek is also responsible for accounting and operations. Ms. Dusek’s main responsibilities include billing, managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, and reconciling bank accounts.

Kristin M. Diedrich

Legal Assistant

Kristin M. Diedrich is a legal assistant with Dusek Law. Ms. Diedrich has been a special part of Dusek Law for over 5 years. She has the responsibility of maintaining office efficiency, processing client information. Ms. Diedrich also helps maintain case files and draft legal documents. The best part of her job is being able to help Dusek Law run smoother and more efficiently.
