A woman was recently charged with theft after officers claim that she attempted to steal merchandise at a department store in North Dakota. Reports say that police received a report of two customers that appeared to be suspicious at a Kohl's store. According to reports, the 53-year-old man was accused of bringing over 33 pounds of methamphetamine into the state. The methamphetamine was allegedly linked to two deaths caused by overdose. The man who was sentenced was just one of several individuals who were indicted in 2013. The man and a second person were both charged for the death of the man's 59-year-old girlfriend on Feb. 6, 2013.
A North Dakota man was taken into police custody on July 12 after he was accused of causing a disturbance at the hotel where he had been staying. According to the report, the 22-year-old man was accused of running through the hallways in his underwear while screaming at 3:39 a.m.
